I’ve decided to slow down with my jewelry making. To not concentrate so much on the end result, but rather on the process of making.
I’ve been using my files more, for instance, instead of my rotary tool, and really becoming mindful of what I’m doing.
It’s very calming.
I’m feeling very yogi ish.

They look lovely! And I like the slow-down-enjoy-the-process approach. I’m doing a lot of hand embroidery right now (and can’t remember the last time I did–maybe embroidering my jeans when I was 16?) and am finding it really satisfying1
